How to buy

Payment Methods

We have 2 payment options

1.- Electronic Transfer

At the time of purchase, the necessary data is sent to make a transfer.

2.- Webpay:

The WebPay online payment system, with which you can make all your purchases on our website, using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club credit cards and also using your Redcompra card.

Shipping Form

Once the purchase has been made, including the shipping costs and the shipping address has been informed, the product(s) will be sent, within 48 hours, from our warehouse, after the purchase has been closed and the payment verified. At the moment all dispatches are made from the city of Pucón.

The arrival of the products at home or branch, go according to the geographical location, but never more than 5 business days described by the shipping companies according to the distance.

Dispatches are made from Monday to Friday, for example, if you buy a product on Friday, the dispatch order is processed the following Wednesday. At least take into consideration 2 business days so that our team can prepare your order, since being a micro family business we do everything under artisan laws, our production volumes are still low and require a lot of dedication and care when preparing , if these will not be in stock. If for any reason we are delayed due to a lack of any input, we will notify and send a gift as compensation (not exceeding 10 business days to leave our warehouse, otherwise we will return your money).

All shipments are made by Correos de Chile unless it is not in its place of destination and it is changed by Starken or Chilexpress.

Once your purchase has been sent and the shipping information has been obtained, we will proceed to send the name of the company as the tracking number to your email or WhatsApp as indicated in the comments.

The delivery will be made to a person over 18 years of age. If no one of legal age is found at the address, up to two delivery attempts will be made on consecutive days.

Both the name of the shipping company and the tracking number will be sent via email once we have this information.

Promotions and offers

The offers and promotions of our online store do not necessarily apply to our physical stores, any change or direct return in store is subject to internal company policies.

Holidays and days closed.

Holiday days and closed days will be notified in advance to our clients via the website. On the indicated days, purchases will not be received until 1 day before the indicated date. If there are pending shipments, these will be postponed or the money will be returned according to the user's choice.
